Returns
- You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Products that have been damaged or altered after delivery.
- Clearance or sale items (if mentioned as non-refundable).
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.
- We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back.
Refunds
Once we receive your item:
- We will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
- If you use our provided shipping label, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
